Hi, I'm Paola Nasser, an HR and payroll professional, systems thinker, and founder of The Alignment Company.

I've spent years working inside the operations of growing businesses: processing payroll, building HR processes from scratch, writing the SOPs that keep teams running when things get complicated, and cleaning up the systems that nobody had time to fix.

What I kept seeing was the same story: small businesses growing fast, wearing every hat, with payroll running on spreadsheets and HR living in someone's inbox. Not because the owners didn't care, but because nobody had given them the structure to make it work.

That's why I built The Alignment Company.

I work with U.S.-based small businesses to fix the behind-the-scenes operations that quietly drain time, money, and energy. Payroll that actually runs cleanly every cycle. HR processes that protect the business and respect the people in it. Systems and documentation that mean the business doesn't fall apart when someone's out.

I do this work remotely, with the same attention and accountability you'd expect from someone sitting in your office.
